About RISE Foundation
Building the future of Islamic education in North America.
RISE Foundation launches in 2026 as a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to reforming and strengthening Islamic systems of education — from maktabs and weekend schools to full-time academies and hifz programs.
Our Mission
A movement, not a moment.
Across North America, more than 3,000 Islamic institutions serve millions of Muslim families. Yet most operate without shared standards, integrated technology, or sustainable capital. RISE was founded to change that.
We are an institutional reformer, capacity builder, and capital partner — working alongside imams, principals, teachers, and donors to build the connective infrastructure these institutions deserve.
Our Vision
Excellence, everywhere.
A North America where every Muslim child has access to an Islamic educational experience that is academically world-class, spiritually rooted, and operationally sustainable.
By 2035, we envision a connected ecosystem of accredited institutions, trained educators, and engaged donors moving as one — fluent in faith and fluent in the future.
